Before we begin, we’ll start with a quick, obligation-free phone call to chat through your current challenges and make sure we’re the right fit. I’ll also explain how I work and what to expect from the process, so you feel confident moving forward.

This program isn’t just a one-off consultation, it’s a fully supported start to finish, hands-on sleep coaching, where I walk alongside you every step of the way. I give you and your child the tools to build independent sleep in a way that feels supportive, responsive, and sustainable.

Here’s what’s included:

We start with a sleep history form so I can get to know your baby, your parenting style, and your goals.

A detailed call where we talk through everything; sleep environment, routine, feeding, and what’s currently working or not.

You’ll receive a completely customised sleep plan based on your child’s age, temperament, and your parenting preferences. I use evidence-based methods, including the Gentle Sleep Coach approach.

  • "Nestled Beginnings" (0-5 Months)
    For newborns and young infants in the early months of life Focus: gentle sleep shaping, responsive routines, understanding baby’s biological rhythms
    • Age: Birth to 5 months
    • Sleep shaping, not formal training
    • Custom routine building
    • Navigating day/night confusion, witching hour, catnaps
    • Responsive techniques that nurture attachment
    • Ideal for: setting a strong foundation for healthy sleep
  • "Little Dreamers" (6–18 Months)
    For babies ready for more structure and learning sleep independence Focus: sleep coaching, night weaning (if appropriate), consolidated naps, early rising, and self-settling
    • Age: 6 to 18 months
    • Tailored sleep plans
    • Support through regressions, teething, and separation anxiety
    • Gentle, age-appropriate sleep strategies
    • Ideal for: improving overnight sleep and nap consistency
  • "Confident Sleepers" (18 Months - 6 Years)
    For toddlers and preschoolers navigating big developmental leaps Focus: bedtime battles, fears, transitions (cot to bed), nap resistance, limit-setting.
    • Age: 18 months to 6 years
    • Positive sleep habits and boundaries
    • Addressing nighttime wakings, early rising, or sleep anxiety
    • Age-appropriate tools for routine-building and sleep confidence
    • Ideal for: restoring peaceful evenings and predictable routines

I’m with you every step of the way. You’ll have daily check-ins, guidance, and troubleshooting via phone or message until we reach consistency in sleep.

We cover bedtime, night wakings, naps, and early rising. Together, we’ll adjust the schedule and techniques as needed to meet your goals.

There’s no cap on support time. I’m here until your baby is sleeping well and consistently, whether that takes one week or several.
