Before we begin, we’ll start with a quick, obligation-free phone call to chat through your current challenges and make sure we’re the right fit. I’ll also explain how I work and what to expect from the process, so you feel confident moving forward.
This program isn’t just a one-off consultation, it’s a fully supported start to finish, hands-on sleep coaching, where I walk alongside you every step of the way. I give you and your child the tools to build independent sleep in a way that feels supportive, responsive, and sustainable.
(Newborn– 6 years).
Here’s what’s included:
We start with a sleep history form so I can get to know your baby, your parenting style, and your goals.
A detailed call where we talk through everything; sleep environment, routine, feeding, and what’s currently working or not.
You’ll receive a completely customised sleep plan based on your child’s age, temperament, and your parenting preferences. I use evidence-based methods, including the Gentle Sleep Coach approach.
I’m with you every step of the way. You’ll have daily check-ins, guidance, and troubleshooting via phone or message until we reach consistency in sleep.
We cover bedtime, night wakings, naps, and early rising. Together, we’ll adjust the schedule and techniques as needed to meet your goals.
There’s no cap on support time. I’m here until your baby is sleeping well and consistently, whether that takes one week or several.
